    I can't find all the words to describe just how supportive this course has been for me. I know it will be a course I'll keep going back to. Instead of being so hard on myself, as has so often been my way, as a empath and a HSP (and an introvert even more so these days), it's reminded me and helped me to deepen my awareness of myself, to understand why I act and react and feel the way I do, what I need for myself to be the best version of me, and also to have healthier and stronger boundaries and relationships with others. I can't thank Cam enough for her expertise and wisdom, the content is over and above my expectation and although challenging at times, it's also been very enjoyable to listen to Cam's soothing voice in the audios and to work through the beautiful written workbook. It's a course that's very easy to work your way though at your own pace and go back to. It's also been supportive in an especially hard time in life right now, where I think feelings can deepen even more, sensitivities can heighten, and self care becomes even more necessary. I realised I'd forgotten how to give myself so much of what I needed the most. All the content has given me such valuable insights into how to care for myself more, to see my own uniqueness as a gift and to reflect on all areas of myself and my life in a positive way again. I needed to be reminded again of so much and I am grateful for so much of this course to support me in doing that. It's given me some space to breathe, as well as a stronger foundation to build on, and very importantly, a belief again in who I am, and that all I am is enough and worthy and I have even more skills to carry myself forward. I would highly recommend this course, and am very pleased I made this investment for myself and as a resource to keep going back to always. Katie
